Physical Stores
All Azadea brands have their own refunds and exchanges policies, which follow industry standards but vary according to the laws and regulations applying in the countries where they operate. Please inquire in-store to learn more about the respective policies and procedures in place, or check the back of your purchase receipt.
Exchanges and Refunds are accepted in store. Items have to be in their original condition/packaging: unused, unscented, unwashed, and unaltered having the original tags attached at time of exchange or refund. The original receipt must be presented at time of exchange or refund. Cash purchases will be refunded against cash. Bank Cards purchases (Credit/Debit) will be refunded against the Bank Card (Credit/Debit) used for the original purchase.
Exchange can be performed in any shop in any country operated by Azadea Group, based on the local currency exchange rate. Refund can be performed in any shop only in the country where the purchase was made.
For gift receipts, only exchanges are allowed in-store.
