For your convenience, we will gladly exchange your purchases for their purchase price subject to the below:

For new collection items: Exchanges are accepted within 30 days, and Refunds within 15 days from purchase date.

For sale/promotion items: Exchanges and Refunds are accepted within 15 days from purchasing date.

Items must be in their original condition/packaging: unused, unscented, unwashed, and unaltered having the original tags attached at time of exchange or refund.

The original receipt must be presented at time of exchange or refund.

Cash purchases will be refunded against cash. Bank Cards purchases (Credit/Debit) will be refunded against the Bank Card (Credit/Debit) used for the original purchase.

Accessories, underwear and swimwear are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

Exchange can be performed in any Boggi shop in any country operated by Azadea Group, based on the local currency exchange rate.

Refund can be performed in any Boggi shop only in the country where the purchase was made.
