For your convenience, we will gladly exchange or refund your purchases for their purchase price subject to the below conditions:
- Exchanges and Refunds are accepted within 30 days from purchasing date.
- Items must be in their original condition/packaging: unused, unscented, unwashed, and unaltered having the original tags attached at time of exchange or refund.
- The original receipt must be presented at time of exchange or refund.
- Cash purchases will be refunded against cash. Bank Cards purchases (Credit/Debit) will be refunded against the Bank Card (Credit/Debit) used for the original purchase.
- Accessories and underwear are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
- Swimwear items are exchangeable and refundable provided the hygienic liner is intact.
- Exchange can be performed in any Oysho shop in any country operated by Azadea Group excluding Egypt, based on the local currency exchange rate.
- Exchanges and Refunds will only be performed in Oysho shops operated by Azadea Group, in the country where the purchase was made.
